DOH Kitchen Residency: 2015 - 2023

I ran the outdoor kitchen at the Designers on Holiday (DOH) design residency in Gotland, Sweden each summer between 2015 and 2023.  Feeding roughly 20 campers each day, three times a day (plus afternoon fika, of course) for the duration of the residency, the kitchen was a collaborative making and eating space with a zero-waste policy that harnessed the beautiful ritual of outdoor cooking. Below are a collection of images of food made during this time and the outdoor kitchen and dining spaces that I had the pleasure of helping to build and cook in.
