HOW TO EAT YOUR CHRISTMAS TREE SUPPER CLUB & BOOK

‘How to eat your Christmas tree…’ is an annual 4 course evergreen-themed feast, which explores the edible heroes of our forests – Christmas trees and their coniferous pals. Evergreens are pillars of winter, but come January, we see sad, wilted Christmas trees lining the streets, cast off and disused. During this pop up dinner series, that has run every January since 2016, conifers are showcased in a multitude of exciting and unusual ways that compliment more celebrated ingredients and flavours. The supper club has since been turned into a short recipe book with recipes from the dinner in order to further spread the word of tree!
