DOH Kitchen Residency: 2015 - 2023

I ran the outdoor kitchen at the Designers on Holiday (DOH) design residency in Gotland, Sweden each summer between 2015 and 2023.  Feeding roughly 20 campers three times a day (plus afternoon fika, of course) for the duration of the residency, the kitchen was a collaborative making and eating space with a zero-waste policy that harnessed the beautiful ritual of outdoor cooking and fire power. Below are images of some of the food made during the project and the outdoor kitchen spaces that I had the pleasure of helping to build and cook in.
